Work to improve the East Hollywood area is never done and Jeff is the founding Steering Committee Chairman of the Proposed Hollywood Route 66 Business Improvement District and the Hollywood Western Business Improvement District.

Jeff Zarrinnam is also  founding board member of the East Hollywood Los Feliz Homeless Coalition.  Jeff was born in East Hollywood at Kaiser Permanente Hospital over 50 years ago and makes his home in Hollywood.  Jeff works in the East Hollywood district of Hollywood. Jeff is the President and CEO of Zarco Hotels Inc. which owns the Hollywood Hotel .  Jeff’s current hotel project is restoring the 31 suite Chateau Celeste Boutique Hotel in Hollywood, California which was originally built in 1927. 

Jeff graduated from the University of San Diego with a Bachelor of Administration degree in Accounting and has been a Certified Hotel Administrator since 1988. Jeff’s position and true passion of the hotel industry has given him the opportunity to give back to an industry that has given him so much. Jeff is an active Business Representative board member of the East Hollywood Neighborhood Council and Chair of its Business Committee.  Jeff is the currently Board Chair of the East Hollywood Business Improvement District which he co-founded in 2006, a board member of the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce,  and a board member of the Los Angeles City College Foundation.  

 In his leisure time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his wife, Mandy and his twin boys, Alex and Aiden.



Leeor Maciborski

Leeor Maciborski is a Principal and Managing Partner of ROM Investments overseeing a portfolio valued in excess of $200 million. He guides acquisition, financing, and capital raising for new projects as well as strategic management of the existing portfolio. Prior to joining ROM Investments Leeor was an associate at the Downtown LA office of Marcus & Millichap. 

Leeor received a B.S. in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California’s Marshall School of Business where he was a Presidential Scholar. He is a licensed California Real Estate Broker and Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst. 



Brandon Mason

A native of Southern California, Brandon Mason has an extensive market knowledge and geographic understanding of the Los Angeles Basin. Mr. Mason holds an Associate position at Avison Young, where he specializes in both landlord and tenant representation in the Hollywood and West Los Angeles markets. Mr. Mason has a particular focus in the Avison Young entertainment division serving feature film, television and commercial production companies.

Mr. Mason developed and implemented Avison Young’s comprehensive social media marketing strategy, allowing for the greatest client outreach and project success available. He also developed a web based platform to provide Offering Memorandums, Confidentiality Agreements and Deal Tracking on complex sale transactions to improve both efficiency and client service.

Graduating with honors from California State University-Long Beach, Mr. Mason has a degree in Business Communication. Upon invitation into the Entrepreneurship program his senior year, he expanded his studies into Global Economics, Accounting and Property Planning & Development. As a Co-Founding member of the CSULB Collegiate Paintball team, he successfully led the team to 1st and 2nd place finishes in back to back National Championships televised on Fox Sports.

Mr. Mason’s current civic activities and awards include:
